Refund Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.



Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

You have 30 days money back guarantee...

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Beyoubebuddha (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You chose the wrong size. (All sales (Clothes) are final, we cannot offer refunds due to errors in sizing ordered/color. Please carefully check the sizing table measurements on the product page if you are unsure).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.



If applicable, for any reason you would like to exchange or return your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. 
We work with several suppliers all over the world; USA, Europe, China. Depending on the product you purchased, it should be returned to the referring supplier.

After the return is received and processed, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) in the same form in which you paid for it.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return package arrives at our warehouse unpaid shipping fees or unpaid customs fees, the fee will be deducted from the overall return amount given back to the customer. Be You Be Buddha is not responsible for paying any return shipping fees or customs fees.
